Ever since we caught a glimpse of Jennifer Garner's insanely toned arms earlier this year, we've been dying to know more about how the actress stays so sculpted. Well, today's our lucky day: Garner just shared a detailed look into the workout routine that got her physically ready for her new movie, Peppermint.
The mum of three works closely with celeb-favourite trainer Simone De La Rue. In a video posted to Instagram, Garner can be seen working out with De La Rue, performing a series of exercises including resistance band work, pushups, and free weights.

De La Rue has worked with countless celebs, including Taylor Swift, Sandra Bullock, and Reese Witherspoon. Her approach involves a combination of high-intensity dance cardio with strength training using body weight and resistance moves. Garner also turns to the trainer's Body By Simone app for custom workouts and training when she can't make it to the gym, De La Rue previously told Women's Health.
