Menopause is too important to whisper about.
This October, Prevention Australia is bringing women together to Own the Conversation at World Menopause Day 2026, an afternoon dedicated to making menopause more understood, more openly discussed and easier to navigate.
Taking place on 17 October at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour, this year’s event brings together an inspiring line-up of women’s health experts, entertainers and advocates for an afternoon of expert advice, inspiring conversations, great food and laughter.
Among the voices leading the conversation are Mary Coustas (Effie), Dr Ginni Mansberg, Dr Georgia Rigas, Amelia Phillips and Dr Sarah McKay—sharing insights, experience and practical advice across the many aspects of midlife and menopause.
The event is designed to be informative without feeling clinical and empowering without taking itself too seriously. Expect speaker sessions, performances and live discussions, a delicious healthy lunch, lucky door prizes, a complimentary goodie bag and the chance to connect with like-minded women in a warm and inclusive setting.
And there’s a good reason to book now.
Early Bird tickets are just $129—but only until 6 September.
