INGREDIENTS
Mint leaves
1/2 tsp orange zest
4 peaches, halved
2 tbsp Honey
1/4 cup pistachios, roasted
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
DIRECTIONS
Grill peaches, cut sides down, until slightly charred and caramelized, 1 to 2 minutes. Turn and cook, covered, 2 minutes more. In a bowl, combine yogurt and orange zest. Transfer peaches to plates and spoon yogurt on top, then drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pistachios and mint leaves.
