"This is a really nice aluminium-free product that doesn’t leave white marks and can be used on the hands and feet as well," says Dr Yiasemides.

This gentle, lightly scented deodorant cream delivers effective odour control and skincare benefits in one, without aluminium, baking soda or parabens. It uses a low-pH, acidifying formula that makes skin less hospitable to the bacteria responsible for odour, effectively stopping it before it starts. Gentle enough for anywhere you want to stay fresh (underarms, feet, under-bust… and designed by an ob-gyn to be whole-body safe), it’s made to support your skin’s natural balance while keeping you confidently body-odour free.

Active skin is often exposed to sweat, sunscreen build-up and environmental stressors. “This antioxidant-rich exfoliant dissolves congestion and surface build-up without irritation, keeping your pores clear and complexion bright without disrupting the skin barrier,” says Cecily. Ideal for combination or oily skin types, its blue-light defence and great packaging (no mess, easy airless pump) size make it a no-brainer for your gym bag. “This gel-based moisturiser feels perfectly lightweight,” says Amanda. “A clarifying lightweight moisturiser, great for post-workout, when you don’t want anything too heavy on your skin.”

If you love the feel of nothing on your skin but still want your make-up to last and look its best, this primer feels light as air but delivers heavyweight results, blurring imperfections and controlling shine. The oil-free, fragrance-free gel formula is great for oily or combo skin, or anyone who finds richer primers clogging or irritating. Added vitamins A and E support skin health while shielding against environmental stressors. “This is a fabulous product to wear underneath make-up to ensure it sits smoothly,” says Dr Yiasemides.

With its whipped-soufflé texture that melts into the skin, this body cream is a dream. This gel-based wash combines blemish-busting salicylic acid with white willow bark and green tea to gently exfoliate, smooth and soften skin. The fruity scent is an instant mood lift, too. "A great body wash for acne-prone or oily skin, especially the chest and back,” says Dr Yiasemides. “If you’re prone to clogged pores or blackheads, this has a really lovely scent. It’s great to see active ingredients like salicylic acid in a body wash."

This pH-balanced, gently exfoliating mist helps to clear and smooth your skin with a fine mist that easily targets even the hard-to-reach places. “This is ideal for managing and preventing skin breakouts, with a nice uplifting scent,” says Cecily. “It’s formulated to calm inflammation, refine texture and gently exfoliate without irritation, and works at any angle (yes, even upside down) while hydrating and softening skin.”

This fast absorbing magnesium spray is infused with soothing lavender and arnica to support recovery from the stresses of the day, relax tense muscles, ease period discomfort and prep your body for a deeper, more restorative sleep.
