Product manufacturing and ingredients

We don’t make the products in the Prevention Australia Christmas Beauty Box. Each item comes from its original brand. Please read the label, packaging and instructions to check suitability for your skin. If you’re unsure, a quick chat with a health professional can help. Shades, packaging and batch codes may vary, and images are for illustration.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in AUD and include GST. When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy and we’ll confirm acceptance during checkout. Payments are processed securely via PayPal. We don’t receive or store your card or bank details, and we aren’t responsible for any loss arising from your use of that payment method.

Dispatch and timing

We plan to dispatch all boxes on 10 December with Australia Post. Delivery timeframes are estimates and outside our control. We’ll post before Australia Post’s published Christmas cut-off, however arrival before Christmas can’t be guaranteed.

Delivery

Our fulfilment partner, CleverPak, sends orders to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Australia Post terms apply. Please make sure your address is complete and accurate. We can’t take responsibility for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete details and redelivery fees may apply. If you or Australia Post provide authority to leave, risk passes once the parcel is delivered to that address.

Risk, loss and damage

Risk in the products passes on delivery to the address supplied. If your parcel is missing or items arrive damaged, email subscribe@nextmedia.com.au within 7 days of the tracked delivery date with your order number and photos. We’ll work with Australia Post and, where loss or damage is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement where available or a refund.

Returns and refunds

We can’t accept change-of-mind returns for boxes or individual items. If we’re unable to fulfil your order, you’ll receive a full refund. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees, still apply.

Health and safety

Please follow the manufacturer’s directions. Consider a patch test first and stop using any product that causes irritation. Keep products out of reach of children and seek medical advice for any adverse reaction.
