Every day, there’s a new headline about one of the royals. Whether it’s another baby announcement, some style inspiration, or intel about a particular Duchess’ avocado toast-making talents, it’s hard not to become completely fascinated by what the queens, princesses, and princes among us are up to on the daily. One thing that never fails to catch attention, though? Their healthy habits.
When the royals aren’t making public appearances around the globe or doing their philanthropic duties, there’s a good chance they’re spending time focusing on bettering their health and well-being. Whether it’s building an in-home private yoga studio, eating the most nutritious diet, or engaging in hobbies that banish stress, these habits are certainly worth stealing.

Meghan Markle does yoga
Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, has been doing yoga since she was just seven years old - something she told Best Health magazine that she picked up from her yoga instructor mum. She’s also a big fan of Pilates - specifically using a reformer - for a full-body burn, as well as meditating twice a day. With these interests, it’s probably no surprise that she just built a private yoga studio and gym in her new home.

Queen Jetsun Pema of Bhutan is the youngest queen in the world at 28 years old. She grew up playing basketball, and not much has changed since becoming royalty. According to The Mirror, she still loves shooting hoops and plays nearly every day. She also loves painting and fine art.

Queen Elizabeth starts her day with a cup of tea
There's no coffee for Queen Elizabeth. Instead, British Telecommunications reports she starts her day off the traditional way with a cup of freshly-brewed Earl Grey tea in a bone china cup with no milk or sugar. (With a few cookies on the side, of course.) Afterward, she relaxes in the bath while listening to the radio. There are also reports that the 92-year-old queen Queen also eats plenty of fish and fresh produce.

Prince Harry takes supplements
Even if you eat a generally healthy diet, taking a daily supplement can be beneficial, especially if you have a vitamin deficiency. According to People, Prince Harry works with nutritionist Gabriela Peacock, as does most of the royal family, and loves her supplements. They include choline, zinc, copper, and selenium - as well as ingredients like wheatgrass and broccoli extract - which help support the immune system, give the skin a healthy boost, and improve energy levels. Since marrying Meghan Markle, Prince Harry has also quit smoking and limits alcohol.

Princess Keisha Omilana of Nigeria isn't just royalty. She's also a businesswoman, fashion model, and the CEO of her own hair company. With energetic kids to keep up with, staying healthy is easy. At the most recent Sports Day at Battersea Park in England, this mama proved she can keep up by coming in second after sprinting it out in a track and field race.

If you need some inspiration to head outside and pound pavement, get it from Princess Beatrice of York. According to Hello, she's the first royal to ever complete a triathlon. She was also the first royal to compete in the London Marathon, so it's safe to say she's a fan of the healthy activity.

Kate Middleton is a fan of raw foods. The Mirror reported that the Duchess of Cambridge goes totally raw one day of the week for her health, where she incorporates things like watermelon salad, gazpacho, goji berries, ceviche, tabbouleh, and almond milk into her meals.

Princess Eugenie works out every morning
If you’re still battling it out with your alarm clock every morning, steal some inspiration from Princess Eugenie of York. She told Harper’s Bazaar she gets up at 6:45 a.m. every day to begin exercising by 7. Her workout usually lasts an hour. “I do circuits, which I love because they're quick: burpees, squat jumps, lunges, the whole lot. Or I go with my best friend to this amazing, women-only gym,” she says.
