Serves 2 

Ingredients

Smoothie: 
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
½ cup fat-free Greek yoghurt 
¼ cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon linseeds
½ banana

Topping: 
¼ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
2 tablespoons pistachios, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons coconut 
1 teaspoon chia seeds  
1 teaspoon linseeds
½ banana, sliced

Method

Mix all smoothie ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Divde between two bowls and top with remaining ingredients.
