Ingredients

Smoothie: 
½ cup fat-free Greek yoghurt
½ cup frozen pineapple
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ navel orange, segmented 
¼  Ruby Red grapefruit, segmented

Topping: 
¼ cup fat-free Greek yoghurt 
2 tablespoons raw cashews, coarsely chopped 
2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut
2 teaspoons chia seeds
½ navel orange, segmented 
¼ Ruby Red grapefruit, segmented

Method

Puree all smoothie ingredients in blender until creamy. Divide between 2 bowls. Top with remaining ingredients.
