If you want a hot body like Halle Berry’s, you are going to have to work out hard-and often. In a new interview, Berry’s trainer of three years, Peter Lee Thomas, reveals just how many days per week the John Wick 3: Parabellum star trains to make 52 look like 32 - and it's pretty much seven out of seven.
Thomas revealed to Us that Berry meets with him five days a week, alternating her workouts between yoga, boxing, cardio, and weights, with the end goal being “to make sure we get a really good sweat.”

But that isn’t saying she takes the other days off. According to Thomas, on the remaining days Berry will go hiking with friends. “She’s one of those special individuals who, even if she has one to two hours of sleep, she’ll get work done,” he reveals. “It will take a lot for her to say, ‘Hey, I can’t train today.’”
It should come as no surprise that Berry is dedicated to exercise. She recently credited it for her freakishly young-looking skin and firing up her sex life, and her trainer has gone so far as to say that she's as fit as a 25-year-old.
Berry is also committed to emphasising her ridiculously cut abs, explains Thomas, but is more than just ab-fab motivated. “She definitely loves to train her core, but she also knows the importance of full-body connection and fitness.”
Back in June, Thomas praised his celebrity client, gushing that she has “the discipline and athleticism of a 25-year-old.” He also went as far as to say that she could “very easily transition” into becoming a professional athlete if she wanted to.
“She’s also not afraid to experiment and explore and take risks when it comes to fitness," Thomas said, "because she understands that in order for there to be potential growth and change, she’s going to have to do things that are commonly difficult to do.”
