Celebrity trainer Tiffiny Hall has opened up about her very personal health battle. Tiff shared the news with her Instagram audience, that she has been battling with her health for some time. “After a gazillion tests to figure out what could be wrong, I’ve recently been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME and POTS”.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), also known as Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME), is a chronic health condition that effects the nervous system and causes extreme fatigue. An estimated 1 in 100 Australians have CFS/ME, 25% of which are housebound or bedbound, according to Emerge Australia

Tiff explained that she is prioritising recovery and family for the time being, although taking a break was one of the hard decisions.

"This has been hard to accept and honestly, has felt like rock bottom at times. While I’m staying positive, recovery is tough and will mean taking a break for a little while to get well again. This is one of the hardest decisions, but I have to practise what I teach".

"It's been my life's mission to empower women, so I hope that by sharing this I can inspire others facing any kind of struggle, big or small, to stay strong and count their rainbows, not their thunderstorms".

We wish Tiff all the best for her recovery.
