If you’re having trouble managing your chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), you might want to take a look at your diet.

Characterised by extreme exhaustion, fuzzy thinking and a general feeling of blah-ness, chronic fatigue syndrome affects an estimated 150,000 Australians.
