Ingredients

1/2 cups almond butter

1/4 cups maple syrup

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Pinch salt

1 cup old-fashioned oats, toasted

1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
Directions
- In bowl, combine almond butter, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Fold in oats, then chocolate chips. Refrigerate 30 min.
- Shape mixture into 2.5cm balls (about 1 heaping tbsp each).
- Store in airtight container up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 3 months.
