Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups almond butter
  • 1/4 cups maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats, toasted
  • 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips

 

Directions

  1. In bowl, combine almond butter, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Fold in oats, then chocolate chips. Refrigerate 30 min.
  3. Shape mixture into 2.5cm balls (about 1 heaping tbsp each).
  4. Store in airtight container up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 3 months.
