- Heidi Klum, 48, recently revealed that her legs are insured for $2 million.
- The star admitted that one was “more expensive than the other.”
- When asked if another part of her body were to be insured, what would it be, Klum had a cheeky response.
Heidi Klum’s modelling career has brought her some wild experiences—like shooting for Sports Illustrated while wrapped in a 5-metre python, and apparently, getting her legs insured for $2 million.
The 48-year-old recounted both of those stories during her latest appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. She called the python encounter one of the scariest points of her career, and when DeGeneres asked about her legs’ insurance policy, Klum explained that she wasn’t the one to take it out.
“I didn’t insure them, by the way. It was a client that insured them,” she said. “It wasn’t me.”
She went on to note that, although they’re both great legs, they aren’t worth the same amount of money. “One was actually more expensive than the other because when I was young, I fell into a glass door and I have a big scar,” she admitted.
“Obviously I put so much spray tan on right now you can’t see it right now but yeah, one was more expensive than the other one. It’s weird, the things some people do.”
According to People USA, one leg is worth $1.2 million, whereas the other is worth $1 million. “I always enjoyed, and I still do, wearing super short miniskirts showing off my legs,” she told the outlet at the time. “I think legs are sexy. I do like to put a focus on my legs when I go out or when I get onto the red carpet. I do.”
But it’s clear that, as a supermodel, Klum’s legs aren’t the only valuable thing about her. That’s why DeGeneres asked an important question: If another part of her body were to be insured, what should it be?

Without hesitation, Klum looked down, pointed at her chest, and said pointedly: “Is not, but should [be].”
The star visited DeGeneres to promote her latest creative venture, which may surprise you. It’s not a TV show or photoshoot, but a song in collaboration with Snoop Dogg. Yes, you read that right.
“Anyone who knows me knows that I love to sing,” she explained. “It was always a dream of mine to sing with Snoop Dogg ... this for me was bucket list [item] number one and there was really nothing after that.”
The pair recently released the upbeat number called “Chai Tea with Heidi.” “It’s the most craziest thing for me because this is like, dream of all dreams,” she exclaimed.
Is there anything this woman can’t do?
