• Jennifer Aniston just gave a rare look into her at-home fitness studio on Instagram.
  • In the video, The Morning Star actress was performing some intense bicycle crunches and kettlebell squats, and she looks so toned.
  • Aniston previously opened up about her workout routine, and she swears by yoga, Pilates, and cardio for staying sculpted at 52.

Remember in 2019 when Jennifer Aniston joined Instagram? She essentially shut down the internet with her first post announcing the Friends reunion. Since then, the actress has blessed us with snapshots of her life on the ’gram, but rarely do we get a look into her at-home gym and fitness routine—until now.

In a brand new Instagram video (which you can watch here!), Aniston shows off her incredible strength while performing some exercises in her home gym. While her pups ran around their hard-working mom, the actress flaunted her toned glutes and core as she completed some sets of bicycle crunches and kettlebell exercises.

Her at-home gym is equipped with some of the best natural lighting we’ve seen, along with top-notch equipment such as dumbbells, yoga mats, and more. In the video, the actress seems unfazed as her playful dogs fight over toys and try to distract mom with their cuteness at all times.

Aniston handled it like a pro, though. Naturally, fans flooded the comments section with messages about how adorable the star’s dogs are (and how relatable it is to try to work out at home with dogs and kids.)

“OMG sooo cute ,” one fan commented, while someone else wrote, “I love how our furry friends are fascinated by the human working out .” So true!

Other fans couldn’t get over how strong the actress looked as she crushed those kettlebell swings. In addition to strength training, Aniston has previously shared her love for yoga on Instagram, and The Morning Show star also loves Pilates and cardio.

In a 2021 interview with InStyle USA, Aniston said that while she recovered from an undisclosed injury, she stayed active with Pilates, but now the star is back to her “15-15-15” training, “which is a 15-minute spin, elliptical, run,” she shared. “And then just old school: I can chase myself around a gym. I need some kind of movement, even if it's just 10 minutes a day on a trampoline.”

The actress also follows a 16:8 intermittent fasting plan. “I do intermittent fasting, so no food in the morning. I noticed a big difference in going without solid food for 16 hours,” she told Radio Times, per Health. “Fortunately, your sleeping hours are counted as part of the fasting period. You just have to delay breakfast until 10 am.”

When it's time to break her fast, the actress reaches for some healthy foods like coffee, celery juice, or a fruit smoothie. Her trainer Leyon Azubuike told Women's Health USA that the actress eats lean proteins, fats like salmon and avocado, and leafy greens.

So, there you have it. If you're looking for sculpted glutes like Aniston, the key is kettlebell exercises, some intermittent fasting, and let’s be honest—some good genes!
