A day worth celebrating

World Menopause Day falls on 18 October each year. It's a global moment to break the silence around a life stage that every woman will experience, yet too few feel able to talk about openly.

On Saturday 17 October, we marked it together. And what a day it was.

From the moment the doors opened, the room was buzzing. There was laughter, honesty, a few tears and an unmistakable sense that everyone was exactly where they needed to be.

To every one of you who helped create that energy: thank you. Your turnout and your enthusiasm went beyond anything we'd hoped for.
