Reese Witherspoon has shared her go-to green smoothie recipe, which she has been making almost everyday for the past 9 years.
"I have this instead of breakfast, at around 10-11 o'clock in the morning, and then I'm not hungry at all until 1 o'clock".

Kerry Washing shared the recipe with Reese after she sat next to her at an awards show, and asked her the secret to her beautiful skin. Kerry attributed it to this smoothie, which she had been making to help improve the appearance of her skin and nails.
Ingredients
- 2 heads romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 whole banana
- 1 whole apple
- 1 whole pear
- 1 whole lemon
- Celery (optional)
- Almond butter (Optional)
Blitz all ingredients in a high-speed blender!
