MANGO AND BANANA FROYO

Serves 2. Hands-on time: 5 minutes

250g diced frozen mango

1 frozen banana

125g Greek-style yoghurt

1 teaspoon shredded coconut

1 mint sprig, leaves picked (optional)

METHOD: Place the mango, banana and yoghurt in a food processor or blender and blitz until smooth. Divide between two small bowls, and then top with coconut and mint, if using, to serve.
