For this time-efficient, total-body workout, grab a pair of light weights. We will be combining moves, so you'll challenge your brain along with your body to do these exercises. Plus, by firing up multiple major muscle groups at once, you'll maximise your workout time!

These compound moves require coordination and balance—both great things to add into your regular strength training. Improving your balance will help you with daily activities like standing on your tiptoes to reach something on the top shelf, going up and down the stairs, or walking on an uneven sidewalk without tripping. 

If you don’t get these “perfect” on the first time, it is okay! Training your brain is just as important as training your body, and sometimes it takes more than once to nail tricky moves like these. So have fun, laugh and breathe! Aim to do the whole series straight through two times.
