The Day Itself

Now in its fourth year, World Menopause Day runs from 10am to 3pm on Saturday 17 October at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour.

Dr Ginni Mansberg, Dr Sarah McKay, Dr Georgia Rigas and Amelia Phillips will share practical, jargon-free advice through talks and panels, covering everything from sleep and weight to brain health and relationships. Mary Coustas will bring the laughs as Effie, and you’ll sit down to a two-course lunch with a glass of bubbles.
